Order processing
Smaller items will be sent same day if your order is received by 12pm (otherwise next day) via Royal Mail Tracked 48. If your order is urgent, please contact us and next day delivery or an alternative can be arranged (at extra cost). If we anticipate any delays in processing your order we will let you know immediately.
Product specifications
Due to the nature of our business, it is likely that our pieces will show signs of previous use and/or general wear consistent with age. Any signs of previous use and/or existing wear is not considered damage and will be clearly described in the item description and identified in the accompanying photos. All items are sold as seen. If you have any specific concerns or questions about a particular item, please contact us before placing an order.

We provide comprehensive measurements for each item in the product description and it is your responsibility to ensure that any ordered item/s can be delivered into your home.
Prices
All prices are in GBP (pounds sterling).
Payments
Payments can be made through Stripe (using a credit or debit card or with Apple Pay) or PayPal. You can also make payment via bank transfer. In this instance, please place your order via email and we'll prepare an invoice for you.
Delivery
Any delivery and postage prices quoted are for UK mainland delivery. We can deliver larger items via courier in accordance with our shipping policy. We recommend that you check the dimensions of any item/s before placing an order as it is your responsibility to ensure goods can be delivered into your home.
Overseas delivery
For deliveries outside of the UK, please email us with your location details and the item/s you are interested in so we can provide you with a shipping quote. Our postage and packaging charges do not cover any possible import duties and/or taxes. These may be levied once the item/s reaches the specified country. You will be responsible for any import duties and/or taxes as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. In addition, international deliveries may be subject to inspection and may be opened by customs authorities which may cause delays which are beyond our control.
Returns and refunds
You may return any item/s (excluding publications) to us in accordance with our returns policy. Any product you return must be in the same condition that you initially received it. Once a returned item is received we will refund in full less any delivery charges (unless the goods are deemed damaged in transit) within two working days. Refunds will be credited using with the same payment method as the original purchase. If goods are accidentally damaged in the course of delivery, then our liability for that damage is limited to the repair or refund of the item.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, please do not open the package but return the item/s to us in accordance with our returns policy.
Website
We make every effort to show each product as accurately as possible, but due to limitations and differences in digital reproduction on different web browsers and computer monitors we cannot guarantee the exact colour/s to those displayed.

We cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose online. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing online and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence. Any third party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
