SHIPPING

Domestic postage for smaller items is via Royal Mail (Tracked 48) and prices are calculated at checkout dependent on the size and/or weight of the item.

For international postage options, please contact us and a quote.

Furniture and larger items are sent via courier.

We can arrange both domestic and international deliveries for larger items and will provide you with a shipping quote if you email us with your postcode/location and details of which item/s you are interested in.

RETURNS

All items (excluding publications) can be returned for a full refund within 14 days.

All postage/shipping fees are non-refundable and any cost associated with returning an item is your responsibility unless an item is deemed to have been damaged in transit.

Before returning an item please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. When returning an item, please ensure it is securely packed and appropriate proof of postage is obtained.

We are not responsible for any item that is lost or damaged in transit on its return journey to us.
