which payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be made safely and securely through Stripe who accept Mastercard, Visa & American Express.  Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification.  Payment information is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

what about PayPal?

We are unable to offer PayPal as an option at check out but if you email us and let us know which item/s you would like to order we can issue a PayPal invoice to collect payment.

can I make a payment via bank transfer?

For orders over £150, absolutely.  If you email us and let us know which item/s you would like to order we can prepare an invoice for you.

do you deliver furniture?

All items of furniture are delivered via courier in accordance with our Shipping Policy.  We recommend that you check the dimensions of any item/s before placing an order as it is your responsibility to ensure goods can be delivered into your home with ease. 

are your items new or second hand?

We specialise in sourcing and selling genuine vintage furniture and collectibles and the majority of our inventory is predominantly, though not exclusively, original mid-twentieth century design.  As such, it is likely that our pieces will show signs of aging, general wear and previous usage.  While we make every effort to ensure our items are sold in a structurally sound and usable condition, any signs of previous use, general wear and/or age-related markings is not considered damage and will be clearly described in the product description and identified in the product photos.  If you have any specific questions about an item, please contact us before placing an order.

do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do.  If you email us with your location details and the item/s you are interested in, we can provide you with a shipping quote.  For deliveries outside the UK, our shipping charge does not cover any possible customs import duties and/or taxes.

what if I'm not happy with my order?

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase you may return any item/s (excluding publications) to us in accordance with our Returns Policy

can I unsubscribe to your newsletter?

Of course.  Just press the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of the newsletter, or alternatively email us and we will remove you from our list of subscribers.
